Luxury Residential Design Package consists of three major phases that will take your project from start to finish: • Conceptual Design • Design Development • Purchasing and Implementation ________________________________________ CONCEPTUAL DESIGN PHASE: Concept is the first and perhaps the most important stage of the interior design process. During this stage we will curate concept boards, gather materials, andinitial layouts. The Conceptual Design Phase takes approximately three weeks and includes the following design services: • We assess the current project space, take measurements and photos. • Design the ideal floor plan to ensure the best possible layout for the project. • Create an inspiration board(s) to communicate what we envision for the project. • Create a budget outline. • Present an initial Floor plan(s) • Updated budget for approval During this phase, we will confirm the design direction, layout and budget of the project. ________________________________________ DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PHASE Design development phase allows us to define a clear scope of works, from which we can prepare costs for the implementation and project coordination of the entire scheme. The Design Development Phase will take approximately three weeks and consists of the following design services: • Selection of each item according to design direction, budget, and floor plan(s) • Completion of selections in accordance with approved inspiration boards and initial selections • Finalizing the approved floor plan(s) and elevations of the space • Floor plan(s), elevation(s), relevant custom drawings, and virtual walkthrough • Proposal of each item for your approval, with all details to confirm orders and the coordinating • Updated budget reflecting new cost ________________________________________ PURCHASING & IMPLEMENTATION PHASE Key to the success of this stage is project coordination and planning, keeping the schedule on track.
